Pay-as-you-go international calls. Nothing else.

ChromePing is pay-as-you-go: you buy credit once, and each call uses it at the per-minute rate of the country you're calling. No subscription. No contract. Nothing renews behind your back.

Every pack includes the full product — browser calling to any mobile or landline in the world, with live translation and captions.

Prices in USD. One-time purchase — you top up only when you choose to.

How credits work, in plain words

No plans, no tiers of service, no credit jargon. Credit in, minutes out. Here's the whole system.

1

Top up

Pick a pack — $1, $10, $50, or $100. The balance lands in your wallet and you can see it any time.

2

Check the rate, then dial

Every country has its own per-minute rate. Look yours up before you call — and you'll also see it in the dialer before you press call. No surprises.

3

Talk

Your balance is used as you talk, billed by the second at that country's rate. When you stop calling, you stop paying. What's left just waits for your next call.

Your wallet, call history, and saved contacts live in your dashboard after sign-in.

Pick a pack

Every pack unlocks everything — the bigger packs just hold more talk time. No feature is held back for a higher tier.

Calling a lot? There’s a custom high-volume tier.

Prices in USD. Your balance is used at the per-minute rate of the country you call, billed by the second. Live translation adds a flat 10¢ per minute.

What does a minute cost? Look it up.

The honest answer is: it depends where you're calling. Every country has its own per-minute rate — some are cents, some aren't. So we don't put one shiny number in a headline. We show you the real rate for your destination before you spend a credit.

Every pack is the whole product

We don't hold features hostage in higher tiers. Whatever pack you buy, you get all of this.

Call the world from a browser tab.

Mobiles and landlines, no app to install, no SIM card — for you or the person you call. Even a village landline works.

Live translation, both ways.

You speak your language; they hear theirs. Their words come back in yours, typically within a couple of seconds. It adds a flat 10¢ per minute.

Live captions.

Read what's being said — original and translation — while you talk. Useful when the call is with a bank, a clinic, or a landlord and you need to be sure.

Smart language detection (opt-in).

If the other person switches into your language, ChromePing passes their real voice through instead of translating for no reason.

Calls in, not just out.

Real phone numbers can ring straight into your browser, with caller ID — not just outbound calling.

Your calling home base.

Saved contacts, call history, and a wallet dashboard behind your sign-in.

Pay-as-you-go vs. subscriptions

Most international calling services want a monthly relationship. Here's how the models compare — and where each one actually wins.

Fair is fair: if you call one country for hours every single day, an unlimited plan can genuinely work out cheaper — do that math before you choose. Pay-as-you-go wins when your calling is like most people’s: some weeks a lot, some weeks not at all. You shouldn’t pay rent on a phone line you didn’t use. Wherever you buy calling credit, check three things first: how partial minutes are rounded, whether credits expire, and what renews automatically. Our answers are right below.

Straight answers about billing

Do I need a subscription to use ChromePing?
No. ChromePing is pay-as-you-go. You buy a credit pack ($1, $10, $50, or $100), and calls use your balance at the per-minute rate of the country you call. There's no monthly fee, no contract, and nothing renews automatically.
How much does an international call cost?
It depends on the destination — every country has its own per-minute rate. Check the live rate index for your destination before you call; you'll also see the rate in the dialer before you press call. Live translation adds a flat 10¢ per minute.
Do ChromePing credits expire?
No. Your balance stays in your wallet until you use it — credits never expire. There's no monthly fee eating into it and nothing renews in the background.
How are calls billed — by the minute or by the second?
By the second. ChromePing bills the exact time you're connected, with no connection fee and no rounding a partial minute up to a full one. You're never charged for ringing time before the call is answered.
Does live translation cost extra?
Live two-way translation with captions is part of the product, not a higher tier. It adds a flat 10¢ per minute on top of the destination's per-minute rate, so a translated call costs the country rate plus 10¢ a minute.
What payment methods can I use to buy credits?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you can save a card to top up again in one tap.
Is there a minimum amount I have to spend?
The smallest pack is $1, so you can try ChromePing for the price of a coffee. There's no top-up schedule and no required balance — top up again only when you choose to.

Start with a dollar.

A credit pack, a browser tab, and any phone number on Earth — in their language. If ChromePing isn't for you, nothing renews and there's no plan to cancel.

No subscription. No app. The person you call needs nothing.
