Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2025
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChromePing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
ChromePing is a browser-based calling platform that connects your browser to the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Our service is designed for personal and business communication — no app downloads, subscriptions, or phone number verification required.
Account and Credits
You must create an account to use ChromePing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ChromePing operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted based on call duration and destination. Credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrency (USDC/ETH) as payment methods. All purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of technical failure on our part.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ChromePing only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to make threatening, harassing, or fraudulent calls, to transmit malicious content, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with our service infrastructure. Automated dialing, robocalling, and call spoofing for deceptive purposes are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these terms or are using our service in a manner that could harm ChromePing, our users, or our network partners.
Service Availability
ChromePing strives to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Call quality depends on your internet connection and network conditions.
We route calls through Tier-1 premium carriers for the best possible quality. However, we are not responsible for call failures, dropped calls, or quality degradation caused by factors outside our control, including your internet service provider, browser compatibility, or destination network issues.
We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Privacy and Anonymity
ChromePing is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require phone number verification or government-issued ID to use our service.
Calls made through ChromePing may display a caller ID associated with our service or show as anonymous/unknown, depending on the destination network. We do not guarantee that your identity will be hidden from all parties in all circumstances.
For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
ChromePing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
ChromePing is not a replacement for traditional telephone service and should not be relied upon for emergency calls (911/112/999). We are not liable for any inability to reach emergency services through our platform.
In no event shall ChromePing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of ChromePing after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ChromePing shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
